HI again Rena,
I've been right through the books on CD I have an there is no reference to an Edward Dixon Holliday or Ralph Mason Holliday.
There's a fair bet that your Edward's mother's maiden name was Dixon.. have you looked for a Holliday (or various other spellings) marriage with a Dixon on the IGI? There are quite a few entries for Edward Holliday or other spellings.. without knowing years for your ancestors it is hard for me to see if there are any matches for you.
If you do a birth search under Edward Holliday and put Dixon in for the mothers maiden name or nothing at all then this may give you some help.
sorry I can't be of more help to you. You may need to purchase a death certificate or two to get you going further back.
