Hi Jackie

My maternal family were Hewitts from Birmingham - Ashton Manor to be precise. I have old photographs of the family, taken in the late 1800's. Joseph and Mary Hewitt were my great-grandparents, and Jessie was born in 1897. Jessie was my grandmother. They came to South Africa, I'm not sure when exactly, but I'd love to find out more about them, as that side of the family has always interested me a lot.
