I am trying to research Hewitt's from England to Ontario, Canada in 1870's.
Wm. John Hewitt grandfather was Wm. Hewitt a boat builder on Yarmouth shore. He lived to be 115 yers old and was hale and hearty until a natural decay, but no sickness.
Wm. John married Harritt Hogarth in England and came to Canada in 1870's.
Wm. John's parents were Wm. Hewitt and Rebecca Brothers.
