I am looking for any relation/connection to a Richard Hewitt, an educated guess would be he was born about 1900. I found in the 1930 census, two Richard Hewitt's, one living in Los Angeles, CA, b. abt. 1900, New Jersey and the other living in Inglewood, CA, b. abt. 1898, CA. Both had occupations in the electrical field.
Richard/Dick was for many years a man who I thought was my grandfather and worked with electrical as well.
Richard may or may not have married my grandmother Toni (Belasco) Wilson, sometime after 1930. Here is a picture of Richard & Toni on the right, with my mother, father & me, and the god-parents. Also a picture taken Palm Sunday 1942, with my mother June Elsie Wilson, age 15 yrs, 9 mos.
I believe Richard was a minister and had a Sunday sermon on a LA radio station during the early 50'. Last I saw Richard/Dick was in Sacramento about 1981 and I think he was about 83, then.
