I now have the WILL OF MARIA SANDFORD and the most informative of it is;
"My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my Executors herafter named be payed out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by them be forced conveniend. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Jane A Sandford, the lot of land bequeathed to me by my father where I now reside, lying in Morris County, to her and heirs------forever."
"I nominate and appoint Abram A Vreeland and Andrew W Smith to be the Executors of this my last will and testament. 1891. Witnessed by John Sisco and Abram Vreeland Jr. Dec , 1891. Signed by Surrogate; George Pierson".
Andrew W Smith of Passaic County applied for Probate of the last will of Maria Sandford. He was named Executor of the WILL by George Pierson, Surrogate Officer of Morris County. Also Abram A Vreeland (when he shall qualify) the Executor. In that judgement he wrote that Maria Sandford died August 24, 1893.
