My great great grandfather was Louis Heck (born 1/8/1860)in Illingen, Germany,and married Wilhemina Sophia Fisher (b. 9/4/1862) in Frewdendal, Germany.
Louis's father was Johann Adam Heck (b 7/20/1819) in Knittlingen, Germany and married Rosine Catherine (b 7/23/29) also from Knittlingen.
Knittlingein may also be: Klonetlinger, Kli net linger as I am not sure.
Louis and Wilhemina migrated to Philadelphia and he served in WWI. They had several children: Louis Jr, Minnie Sophia, John Adam, Dorothea (Doretta) Wilhelmina Sophia, and Karl H.
Any information about this family line - and info about the places of origin would be much appreciated
