I found your Clarence P. Heck, he is b. 1848. I will send some documents to your email address. Here is Clarence's daughter, it looks like Goldby but on the census it looks like Goldie or Goldia. I will send the original to your email, but here is the "printer friendly" short version - Missouri Birth Records, 1851-1931 Missouri Birth Records, 1851-1931 Name: Goldby Heck Birth Date: 21 Jun 1887 Birth County: Grundy Birth Location: Galt, MO Race/Ethnicity: White Gender: F (Female) Mother's Name: Anna m Heck Mother's Age: 28 Father's Name: Clarence Heck Father's Age: 39 This has to be your family because Anna's maiden name is Musgrave. Here is the 1900 census for this family - 1900 United States Federal Census 1900 United States Federal Census Name: Clarence P Heck Home in 1900: Liberty, Grundy, Missouri Age: 52 Estimated Birth Year: abt 1848 Birthplace: Pennsylvania Relationship to head-of-house: Head Spouse's Name: Anna M Race: White Occupation: View Image Neighbors: View others on page Household Members: Name Age Clarence P Heck 52 Anna M Heck 42 Julia J Heck 18 Goldia I Heck 12 Clarence is a farmer, Anna is a dressmaker. Clarence born in Pennsylvania March 1848, Anna born in Illinois Feb. 1858. Children Julia born Sept 1881, Goldia born Jun 1887. From the 1850 census for Sterling Twp, Wayne Co PA, Clarence's father is John Heck, b. abt. 1821 (in PA according to the census), farmer; mother is Juley (might be misspelled), b. abt 1825; siblings are Margaret, b. abt 1845, and Harriet, b. abt 1847, both in PA. Listed below John's family is Phillip Heck, age 68, b. Germany, and Christina Heck, age 67 - so what do you suppose are the chances these are John's parents? :) 1865 finds John's family in Ottawa Twp, Franklin Co KS. Here is the list with ages: John, 44, b. PA, farmer Julia, 38, b. GER M.A., 19, b. PA (who we know is Margaret) Harriet, 18, b. PA C.P., 15, b. PA (who we know is Clarence) M.E., 15, F, b.
