I got my copy from The Harbour Family Association 7904 Joliet Avenue, Lubbock, TX 79423. Mrs. Bettye Atkins Cartwright was the head of this association. It has been years since I had contact with Mrs. Cartwright, not certain if she is still alive or if the association is still in operation. She sent me two old vol. VI No.2 Fall 1983 and Vol. III No 2, Fall 1980. One of these tells a story about a legal case a horse named race and a slave girl. Not long after I joined the association I was informed that Mrs. Wright was not going to continue and was looking for someone to contine the news letters. Does anyone have information on this association.
