Joshua Hamaker married Charlotte Boatman in 1854 in Ponotoc Co. Mississippi. It was his second marriage. In the 1860 census in Ponotoc co. Ms. It list a Joshua Hammocker , Charlotte, a 1 yr old Joshua and 4 yr John. The spelling is different,but I was hoping they are the same people.Does anyone have any information about the children listed with Joshua and Charlotte. Joshua marries for a third time in 1860s. Any Info I have found on Joshua only list his children by the first marriage. Are these two spellings the same, does anyone know? I am hoping that one of these two kids could have been my Grandfather.
