Nancy had previously been married to my great grandfather, George Thomas Wagoner. He was killed in the Civil War. They had one son William A. Who went to live with Charles and his then wife Mary I believe. My Cousin Judy, who is also working on our family history found record of Charles on a Civil War roster in 1883. He was in Co. b.,29th inf. served from the state of Iowa and was living in the Matanzas district. My G Grandmother married him later and there were other children. I believe Mary and Nancy may have been related, but have no proof yet. They were both from Indiana. Judy found info indicating Charles father was born in Pennyslvania and His other was born in Ohio.. I had found a Nancy Harrington age 11 living in the household of people named Wheeler. Nancy and Charles were married Dec 9 1866 in Cass Co. Mo.
