1. Alfred `Alford` Ham was born Jan 1841 in North Carolina and died 16 May 1922 in Ashe County, Nc. He married Mary Jane Roop 11 Mar 1883. She was born 08 May 1854 in North Carolina and died 1910 in Ashe County, Nc, daughter of Abraham Roop and Katherine `Kate` Hart. He married Elizabeth `Betsy` Eldreth 1858. She was born 1840 and died 1880 in Ashe County, Nc.
