Looks like probably William A. Ham.

Mabel and Johnnie Ham(n) died in Hurricane Carla. Their son Johhnie had to locate their bodies and bury them. I am positive they were together because they had an even younger child. I do not know his name, but there were a total of 9 children, and I remember my step-father saying one of the boys that died was about 1 year old at the time of the hurricane.
They were fisherman and traveled nomad style around the Laredo area. They were so poor, they lived in the woods (so I'm told). I'm surprised there's any record of them at all. The four youngest boys and parents died during the hurricane, including many cousins, aunts, and uncles. I remember reading that there was over 30 people that died during the hurricane, probably most from this Ham family or related. I have never found a list of names.
