Does anyone have information on Thomas Grooms b. abt 1800 lived in Roane Co Tn 1830? His wife Mary b.abt. 1802, head of household in 1840. Their son George in the 1850&60. They lived in Jackson Co Ark in 1870. Mary is 78yrs old in the 1880 living with her daughter Amanda Penix. I have nothing on the parentage of Thomas or Mary (Polly). Any help would be appreciated.
