Looking for parentage of Jane Gregory, b. 1821 SC. Probably lived for a while in GA. May have had a sister, Catherin "Kitty" b. 1828 GA. Jane married John H. Stalnaker (b 1819 SC) 16 Aug 1843, Macon Co AL. Kitty married Adam Stalnaker 4 Aug 1844 in Tallapoosa Co AL. Adam's brother was Richard and these two brothers went on to Mississippi and one returned to AL according to some info gathered. It is possible that not only were Kitty and Jane sisters, but John, Adam and Richard were brothers. John H. and Jane named their sons James, Richard, John, William and Peyton. Anyone having information that might connect to these Gregorys please contact me.
