I am stuck with an ancestor who was married several times in Shiawassee Co. Michigan from 1890 to 1933, (found this at the courthouse,) but only shows up on one census, 1900. There is no birth or death record for him in Shiawassee or Livingston county. His name is Wallace Gleason, once referred to as Walt. He lists Philander Gleason as his father on several marriage apps, but his mother ranges from unknown to Arthuse to Charlotte Fuller to Ella Chapman. Does anyone have any information or ideas where to go from here?
