I am also searching for the ancestors of a PATRICK GEOGHEGAN.
He was born Mountmellick, Queens County, 1829/30.
Was the 8th of 10 children.
Had a younger brother known as "Johnny"
Left Ireland in 1847 (aged 16 !!!) taking two younger siblings with him. Father, Mother, step-mother alread died.
Move to Yorkshire in 1847, Married Julia Delaney in Bradford in 1854 (she was born Yorkshire, 1833)
WHO were Patrick Geoghegan's parents, and siblings.
