Dama Gaylord married David Shoemaker in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. According to 1790 and later census information they had 3 daughters. Dutch naming tradition would give the first two the names Jane (Jannitje for David's mother) and Elizabeth. Does anyone have the third daughter's name? Jane Shoemaker married Richard Vanderpool and they are my ancestors. The Gaylord surname shows up in later generations as a given name. No one lists the daughters in their genealogies. Does anyone have any information. Have searched county histories and records to no avail.
