Looking for anything on George R. Dow supposedly the father of Minnie Elliott Bailey. I am guessing, since on her last marriage she puts George Dow as her father that Bailey is her first married name and she is Minnie Elliott Dow, or her mother was Amanda Bailey and married a Haskins then married a Dow. Help. (Minnie Elliott Dow/Bailey/Starbird/Savary was born in 1868 sow her father would be before that.)
