My grandmother was Helen Dow, born approx 1875 lived in Leslie, Foremont Hills, married William Shepherd. Died approx 1940. Three other siblings, two girls, one boy.Two girls did not marry, boy's family lived in Markinch.
Helen Dow had 4 children, William Shepherd, Helen Shepherd(Christie) Jim Shepherd, Janet Ednie Shepherd(Clark)-all deceased, approx 17 grand children still living. I am Helen Dow's youngest grandchild, my mother was Janet Ednie Shepherd and we lived in Ladybank.
My grandmother may have been a child of the folks you have listed.
I would love to know more information on the Dow family and I think they were originally from the Kinross area
