Thank you for responding. I had seen that information, and that is where I got some information. I wanted to find the person who had mentioned a biographical sketch and have been in contact with her. She has been very helpful. If anyone ever finds the "unknown" wife, please post it as I believe that is my David L.'s birth mother. He was born several years before his father married Cordelia Hull. David L's middle name is LINNAEUS and I feel that is a clue to this mother's name.
