WOODLAND (Yolo Co.), June 15. The commencement exercises of the Woodland High School were held at the Opera House last night. The address was made by Professor A.M. ELSTON, of Berkeley. Diplomas were given to the following eighteen students by Professor W.M. HYMAN, of the High School faculty:
