Looking for information on Pvt. Charles DeLapp of Adams, NY - Civil War soldier
Served in 1st NY Veteran Cavalry
captured at New Market Virgina and sent to Andersonville Prison Camp - and survived.
He did not collect a Civil War Pension from the Federal Govt. Anyone have any information on him?
