Parentage of Robert DeLap-NY > IL > WI

Robert (my gg-grandfather) was m. to Elizabeth Kinney abt 1816 in NY. Haven't found that record as yet. Does anyone have a record of his first marriage to Elizabeth? Or where would I find the record - County or State level for that time period.

He m. (2) Martha Jones-1863 in WI & (3) Nancy A Ewing Miller-1871 in WI. On those certificates he listed Wm. & Jerusha as his parents & his birthplace near Rome NY.
