I have very little on the CROSBY line, but do have the HAMMATT line in my tree.

Maria/Mariah CROSBY married Abram HAMMATT and had Theodore, Daniel & Roy. Theodore married Alice HOOD, daughter of Calvin HOOD and Frances (Fannie) PLATT.

This Alice HOOD HAMMATT was the first person in the US to undergo a lobotomy.

I have a bit more if you're still interested in this line. I am researching the HOOD family. The above Calvin HOOD was the son of John HOOD and Olive HALL. Olive was a sister to my ggg-grandmother, Sabrina HALL LOOMIS.
