You can then either copy the abstract and/or download the original recording of the land grant which contains land marks and surveyor's calls.
I used the keywords Conrad, acres, Augusta. You may also want to substitute Rockingham or Pendleton for Augusta in the same search and then use variations of Conrad to find more records - possibly Coonrod, Cunradt, Conradt, etc.
The portion of the Pendleton area of Augusta County that Ulrich lived in was under Rockingham County 1778-1788 and then under Pendleton County.
