OSBORN
Larry Daniel Cobb Sr., 71, of Osborn passed from us May 8, 2006, surrounded by his close family at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor. Larry was born Jan. 15, 1935, eighth son of Arthur E. Cobb and Alta-Eldora (Plummer) Cobb of Windham.
Survivors include his loving wife, Maxine Jeanette (Gordon) Cobb of 52 years; one son, Larry Daniel Cobb Jr., of Ellsworth; two stepdaughters, Nancy Phillips of Lincoln and Terri Lee Cobb of Ellsworth; a brother, James G. Cobb and wife, Donna, of Windham; grandchildren, Larry D. Cobb III of Osborn; James Arthur Cobb and wife, Lori and son, Nicholas, of Saco; Adam Cobb and partner, Ruby Fahn and son, Cameron of Madison; Brian William Cobb of Florida; a nephew, John E. Gordon and wife, Christine and their children of Otis; other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Interment was held May 11, 2006, at the Aurora Cemetery, with the Rev. Timothy Evans of Dover, Del., officiating.
