Peter & John Cline lost track of their sister, Catherine Cline, when they went on the Goldrush and she remained in New Orleans. They published a personal ad in the Boston Pilot, the equivalent of an Irish immigrant chat room, on 1 Sep 1866, seeking news of her and their other siblings left in County Longford, Ireland, Mary, William, Anne and Thomas Cline. Peter and John Cline listed their address in 1866 as Washington St., San Francisco, and they appear on several censuses there through 1900. Their sister Catherine was my great grandmother.Is there anyone who knows of any descendants of these brothers, Peter and John Cline or other siblings of this Cline family?
