My great-grandmother was Mary Ellen Cline born about 1863. She married James Coyle and they had 4 children, one of them my grandfather John J. Coyle. Also lived in the Irish Channel of New Orleans.

Do you know the names of any of your grandfather's siblings? Or grandmother's name? I think Mary Ellen Cline's siblings were Nicholas, John, Hugh, Elizabeth (1870 census). Hugh had a son named John Cline born Nov 1896 (1900 census). I haven't tracked all the Clines - I've just gotten started on this genealogy.
