Searching William Cleaver 1830's British Officer

I recently acquired an 1822 pattern British Infantry Officer's sword dating to the reign of George IV (1820-1830). The blade carries the name of the owner WILLIAM CLEAVER.

A quick Internet search reveals no William Cleavers with Britsh army ties from that era. I am therefore turning to this forum for help.

Thanks,

Rob
