Hello- My descendancy is: Hugh Caulkins-David Caulkins-Joseph Caulkins-David Calkins-James Calkins-Lydia Calkins m. Alfred Day-Arodine Day m. Edward Osborn-Lester Osborn-Harry Osborn-Raymond Osborn-Charles Osborn.
I found this page while seeking authoritive documentation that David Calkins, b, 22 Aug, 1726 was the father of James Calkins, b. 7 Sept,1750. I am seeking to establish a line of descendancy from a second Mayflower passenger, William Brewster through Lucretia Turner, b.20 Jan 1701, the wife of Joseph Caulkins, b. 3 Nov 1694. Because the documentation requirements are strict, I am especially looking for birth, marriage, or death records from New London, CT, or published geneaologies with established credibility.
Thanks to anyone with info, and Happy Holidays to all!
