The short answer is, yes, you are related to most of us - and to most other persons in America (that includes the U.S.A., Canada, and Mexico, too, but not many of them) who spell their name Calkins, Caulkins, Calkin, Corkins, Corkings, etc. Most of us are descended from the immigrants Hugh and Ann Calkins, who came to Mass. and then CT with their family in about 1640. I am sending you your line of descent by direct s-mail. I am also sending information on how you can join the Calkins Family Association and continue to get information on all these "cousins."
