Yes, we did, Ken, about 10-12 years ago.

It seems that Philander N's descendants aren't much into geneology.

The only thing I picked up that is interesting is from a friend who is into American history. She says that there is a good chance that this side of the family were orchard laborers in NY and moved to Wisconsin to take similar jobs, at least initially there. She says that is about the time that the apple industry was getting going in the SE part of Wisconsin. This would explain the lack of references to them in NY.
