Arlene,

Oscar's name at baptism was Joseph Oscar Bordelon, He was the last child born to Jean Baptiste Bordelon and Elise Tassin. Elise was Jean Baptiste's 2nd wife. Oscar is shown living with his aunt, Doralise Bordelon, the widow of Zelien Couvillon, in the 1870 Census.
I do not have where Oscar is buried, but I assume Sacred Heart in Moreauville.
Oscar and Celestine were married by Father Paul Emile Simon, at Sacred Heart on January 9, 1884. Witneses were William J. Bordelon, Francois J, Beyt?, and Arthur Ayez.
