I'm looking for genealogy information on my father's parents. I believe his mother's maiden name was Ann Quaglia and his father's name was Birdsall Blanchard. He was a professor of philosophy at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. My father was born to them in 1951 on the USAFB in New Foundland, Canada, before they moved to the Chicago, IL area.
