I am trying to find the parents and country of origin of John Black who 'married' Mary Casey (b. 1817-1822, Kilfinnane, Limerick) in New South Wales, Australia around 1837. His origins have not shown up in any Australian record, not is there a good match for penal transportation (but is possibility). He was born in 1809 and died by drowning in Wollongong,NSW in 1849. He was a baker. He has received into RC Church in Wollongong in Nov. 1841. He had four childern, Margaret b. 1842, Mary Ann, b. 1843, John, b. 1845 and Johannah b. 1846. Another possible child is a Margaret died in infancy 18mths 4/1840.
