Hi Tracey and Doug,

I was just looking at rootsweb.com and found Antoine Belliveau, a direct descendent of Grampy (Madison Belliveau) emigrating from France to Port Royal, Acadia (which I believe is now in Nova Scotia) in the 1600s. If you trace back along some maternal paths, you can find some Hopkins we are directly descended from who go back to the Mid-1500s in England.
