I rescue old photos as a hobby, and found one of a little girl, who is identified as Sylvia Jean Bell.
Sadly, I don't know where it was taken, it was in a box of an antique shop and I bought it. This was taken, 1950s and is black & white. She appears to be about 2 and her hair is blond, with a widows peak and curls on the sides.
