I believe Charlotte was born in Ashwater -Devon in abt. 1813. She married a Joseph Best from Cornwall. They later moved to the Channel Islands. They had one son that I know of Robert at abt. 1852 or 54. I would dearly love to know as much of her family as possible. If anyone can fill me in please do. Robert was shipwrecked of the Magdalen Island. I think he meet his sweetheart there and stayed. Thanks Harriet
