I am afraid I have not researched the "James Allen" side of the family yet so none of the names you mention are familiar to me. I have not heard of a Nancy Allen or the Winn surname. I have no idea who James Allen's parents or siblings were at this point in time, other than brother George Allen who married Hattie Baskerville. All that I know is that James and Anne "Boots" Baskerville's children were all born in Ontario. Anne Baskerville's siblings were - James, John, Thomas, Sarah, Samuel, Robert, Louisa and Hattie.
If you can help me with some more information on your "Allen" side we may find a link.
