...the said slaves being thirty two in number into six lots or parcels as equally as we ? having re? the circumstances, the following is a list of the salves vig - Amanda, Peter Taylor, Roger, Plinny, Edmund, Sam, Robert, Nicholas, giles, old Giles, Van Buren, Old John, Peggy, Fanny, Mary Turner, Mariah and child Bob, Mary Jones, Tom, Joe, Patty, Betsey, William, Rosina and child ? Harriett and children Lucy and Becky, Darcus, Kissey, Margarett and Elvina and Sally valued by us for Eleven Thousand three hundred and fifty dollars and they have been put into six lots or parcels as follows

Lot No 1

Roger $500
Sammy $250
Old Giles $60

Lot No 2
Plinney $700
Harriet (children)
Sucky & Becky $800
Nanny $50
Margaret $275

Lot No 3
Edmund (?) $600

*As you will notice the number of slaves listed does not match the number of slaves in the lot. This document is very difficult to read. All 32 slaves may or may not be in the lots.
