I have Texana "Nanny" Thompson, born 1874 in Ark (the next child, was born 1877 in Texas) (according to the 1880 Titus County Census.
I assume we are talking about the same person. My information has James Henry Thompson and wife Martha J. (Aylor) had the following children:
Mary Elizabeth, born 1868, Ark
William Wesley, born 1869, Ark
Blake, born 1872, Ark
Texana "Nanny", born 1874, Ark
Belinda, born 1877, Texas
Sally A, born 1879, Texas
James Edward "Doc", born 1883, Texas
Ben Henry, born 1884, Texas (my Grandfather, Maternal)
I also have Texana "Nanny" married to John D. Hinson, with children Ollie, Wallace, Oscar, and Johnny. This is all the information I have on them.
I also show that son, Blake Thompson married Rebecca Hinson. (I do have more information on them).
If this is your family, please email me. I have a picture from my Mother's box (she was the child of Ben Henry Thompson) that is listed on the back as being the Hinson family.
