I believe your grandmother was Minnie B. Ayler/Aylor, who was 12 years old in 1900 and listed as the daughter of Thomas J. Aylor in the 1900 census of Howard County, Arkansas. Thomas J. was the son of James Russell Aylor who came to Clark Co., Arkansas, from Tennesse in about 1852.
James Russell Aylor was the brother of my ancestor,
Anthony Aylor.
