AYLOR John W. and Elizabeth

Does anyone have information on the descendants of subject couple. They are listed in 1850 Pope County Arkansas census. John W. Aylor was listed as 29 and Elizabeth as 21. They had, at the time, Mary Ann - 10; Martha J. 7; James - 3; and Nancy A - 2. Living in their house was: James Murdock 23; Ellander 21; Thomas 2, John 1; and Matthew Murdock 74.
Of these, Martha J. Aylor married James H. Thompson and eventually migrated to Texas. They are listed in the 1880 Titus County census with some of their own children and a Belinda Aylor (sister-in-law) - 19; and Calvin Aylor (brother-in-law - 9.
I have a postcard with picture on front addressed to Mrs. Martha (Aylor) Thompson postmarked in Kosoma, Oklahoma in 1909. It is from a niece, but cannot forsure read the name (maybe Lina, Lira, Liza - or first letter may not be L) and I believe the initial is S. It says it is a picture of "Mama and all the kids". Think it is possibly a sibling of Martha J. Aylor; therefore looking for any siblings - and I am assuming there are others beside those listed.
Any information would be appreciated.
