If anyone has information on Peggy, please contact me. She is the older sister to Michael Arnold b. 2 August 1946, Diane, and Richard. My dad (Michael) has been looking for her for a few years. She was born in the 1960's to Robert Harris Arnold Jr. She may have lived in Germany for a while. The family lived in Whiting, Indiana.
