Julius Allred was born in February 1856. According to my records, he married Sarah J. Unknown. They had four children, Minnie Bell, William M., Iva and Clyde. The following information comes from the 1880 and 1900 census records. They were living in Back Creek, (Randolph Co.), NC.
1880 census: dwelling #296/296
Allred, Julius 23, laborer, born NC, parents born NC
Sarah J., 21 born NC, parents born NC
William M., 11 months (11/12)born NC


1900 census: Dwelling #181/184
Allred, Julius 44, born Feb 1856 NC, Parents born NC, Watchman at cotton mill
Sarah J.,44 born Mar 1856 NC, parents born NC
Looks like Iva L or S.., 13 born Jul 1886 NC (daughter)
Clyde, 9 born Sept 1890 NC
Minnie, 4 born Oct 1895 NC
8 children born, 3 now living

Minnie Allred (1895-1975) m. Joseph Clemmons Bullard (1891-1964). They married in 1915. They had the following children: Clyde Clemmons Bullard (1916), Viola May (1920), John Grayson (1922) and Charlie Bullard (1925). The below information is what I have on Joseph Clemmons Bullard:

Cause of death: Coronary occlusion
Source: Certificate of death and marriage document

1930 census: Dwelling #424/484
Bullard, J.C. 38, Mechanic in Silk Factory, parents born NC
Minnie, 33, parents born NC
Clyde, 13
Viola, 9
John, 7
Charles, 5
All born NC

Clyde Clemmons Bullard (1916-2004) died at age 87 from falling of roof. He married Margaret Greeson (1917-1999). They had five children: Two were infants, two are living and one was named Clyde Clemmons Bullard, Jr. (1945-1945).
