To date, our oldest PROVEN has been HENRY ALLRED, but I've seen statements on the internet that his parents are JOHN and MARY or MARTHA. Henry Allred, 1838 - 1800 md. John T. Driskill (found in 1850 census) Pinkney c. 1810 (found in 1850 census) James 1820 (found in 1850 census) Masten 1825 (in 1850 and 1860 census) John James 1827 (in 1860 and 1880 census) Mary Ann 1828 Melia 1830-40 Solatia 1830-40 Seborn 1832 Noah C. 1822-1869 (1860) Henry 1838-1880 (1860, 1870, 1880) MY QUESTIONS!!!!! What is the proof for information on this family? What leads are there for the parents of this John Allred? Are these Allreds related to the Redick Allred, father and son, missionaries for the Mormon Church? Interestingly, acc. to an article by Glen E. Allred online, Redick the younger visited GA in the 1880s and sought out Allreds--Seaborn (sic), Mastin, Mastin's son George. Did he visit them because they are related? Hoping to hear from fellow researchers! Phyllis Richerson Notify Administrator about this message?
