McFadden + Pennsylvania

I'm trying to understand the McFadden connection to a Pennsylvania based tribe. I have a Caroline (Carline) McFadden married to a Christian Wilt. She was a full-blooded Native American with the McFadden last name. They resided in Garrett County Maryland. He came from Preston County WV. It's possible that the Civil War brought him to PA. I believe she was from Alleghany Co. PA: This area - Garrett Co MD - Preston Co. WV - bordered on the southwest corner of PA and were native American hunting grounds during this time. I am trying to find her tribe. Was there a certain tribe that befriended an Irish "McFadden" immigrant?
