I'm not sure what type information you need, but there is a bunch of it on the web with regard to his murder and the subsequent curse. There are also several sites that have biographical information. Try searching Wikipedia and here are a couple of links that also have more biographical data.

There is also a Cornstalk - Family History & Genealogy Message Board at Ancestry.com. There is a post by a woman who believes she saw a family board at a reunion with the name Cornstalk as an ancestor. You may be able to contact her for information.
