Great advice, Martha!

Mary,
Here's some data supporting Martha's suggestion:

No named "Easter Harvey" appears on the Dawes Roll.

No named "William Crosby" or "Will Crosby" appears on the Dawes Roll.

No one named "Easter Harvey" appears on the U.S. census as Indian.

That name does appear in 1880,1910 & 1920 in FL, LA, SC, VA, GA, and MO as "white" or "black". The name does not show up in Oklahoma or Indian Territory.

The name "William Crosby" appears 1,474 times in the U.S. census from 1790 through 1930.
The name does not appear on the U.S. census as "Indian".

good luck.
