I need some help. My great aunt told my mom today that when she was little she had to read a letter to her grandma, my great great grandmother. The letter stated something about some land in Oklahoma that belonged to her because she was a native american. I am looking for information on this or how I could find out about it. My great great grandmothers name is Sarah Ella Wooldridge Pope(She's more known by Ella). She was born in 1886 and died in 1974. She was born in Walnut Ridge, AR to Nancy Broom and Isaac Wooldridge. If you need more info let me know please. If anyone could help me get started in the right direction or have any info about this land please let me know.
